Lessons we run
For people who've never baked a cake. We cover ingredients, mixing method, oven behaviour, and how to know when a cake is done. You leave with a finished sponge and the recipe.
Smooth sides, sharp edges, piping rosettes and ruffles. The skill that turns a homemade cake into something you'd be proud to put on a table.
Rolling, draping, smoothing. We work on a real tier so you understand how fondant behaves on curves, edges, and structural cakes.
Sugar peonies, roses, and proteas, the work that elevates a wedding cake. We make them by hand so you understand the petals before the colour.
Piping techniques, colour mixing, presentation. Walk out with a dozen cupcakes that look like they came from a studio.
Birthday parties, hen parties, mother-and-daughter sessions, corporate team-building. Tell us what you want to learn and how many people are coming, we'll build a session.
What you get
You don't bring anything. Aprons, mixing bowls, piping bags, fondant tools, gas ovens, the lot.
The exact recipe we use, written out, with notes on how to adapt it for your home oven.
You leave with what you made. Boxed if you'd like, we provide carriers for fragile pieces.
"Very professional humble lady. Delivers on time. Cakes are done to detail. The freshness and taste, the best I have ever ate."
