There are two ordering paths at The Cake Studio. The quick path is for our signature cakes (any of our 13 flavours, any size). The consultation path is for wedding cakes and Roora Day cakes.

Quick path: signature cakes

For an anytime cake or a celebration cake.

• WhatsApp us the flavour, size, date, and your delivery zone.
• We confirm availability and send a written quote inside one business day.
• You pay the full amount to confirm the order.
• We bake the day before, finish the morning of, and deliver inside the agreed 30 minute window.

Consultation path: wedding and Roora Day cakes

For weddings and Roora Day cakes.

• WhatsApp us with your wedding or Roora Day date, venue, and rough guest count.
• We book a free 45 minute consultation. Studio or video call.
• We arrange a real cake tasting of your shortlisted flavours.
• You sign off the design and the written quote.
• A 50 percent deposit holds the date.
• We bake, deliver, and set up on the day.

How long it takes us to reply

We reply on WhatsApp almost instantly on WhatsApp and email. Sundays and public holidays are off; we catch up Monday morning.
