- Roora Day cake: one to three weeks is the typical window. Two-tier and three-tier designs with sugar work need the longer end.
Holidays squeeze the calendar. Mother's Day, Father's Day, Valentine's and the December stretch from the second week of the month onward all fill fast. Lock in earlier than usual for those.
